AIDA64 is a functional program for a comprehensive overview of your computer’s internals. It includes a rich functionality for a detailed overview of all computer components (150,000 devices supported), performance and stability testing and monitoring of key system components. In addition to the computer itself, the program will tell you about external devices and the network.
Simply speaking, the program will show what components the computer consists of (with all, even undocumented, details), will test its operation (with the ability to compare results with reference ones), will show sensors with status information (in real time). The program also has information about the operating system and its components, installed programs, etc.

Processor, memory, and disk testing
AIDA64 includes a set of 64-bit tests to measure computer performance on various tasks. Memory and cache testing allows you to analyze memory bandwidth and latency. CPU testing uses MMX, SSE, XOP, FMA, AVX and AVX2 instructions and supports up to 32 threads. For older processors, there are 32-bit versions of the tests. Disk tests help determine the transfer speeds of hard disks, SSDs, optical disks and flash drives.
Stress tests
System stability stress tests produce a maximum load on the system in order to test its stability. Stress tests reveal any reliability and stability problems. Stress tests are available for hard disk drive, SSD and OpenCL GPGPU, among others.
Temperature, voltage and fan monitoring
AIDA64 supports 250 different sensors inside your PC, displaying temperature, voltage, fan speed, and power consumption. These data can be displayed in the system tray, OSD panel, desktop gadget, and on the Logitech G15/G19 keyboard display, among others. Sensor values can be logged or exported to an external application (e.g. RivaTuner and Samurai). Also AIDA64 can signal about exceeding of admissible values and about created emergency situation.
Diagnostics
AIDA64 provides you with very precise data about your system components – you don’t need to open the system case to find out what hardware components your computer consists of. AIDA64 has a hardware module with a database of over 150,000 devices, which is constantly updated with new hardware. Additional modules allow to know the current frequency of the processor, the status of CRT or LCD monitors, and also allow to reveal possible problems thanks to stress tests.
Operating system and application analysis
AIDA64 provides 50 pages of information about installed applications, licenses, anti-virus programs, and operating system settings. It also provides a list of running processes, services, DLL files, programs in autorun, visited web pages, etc.
